The Quality Control Division of Incept is proud to announce the promotion of Megan Schlegel to Conversational Quality Representative. For the last few months Megan has been assisting the CQ department in the role of an as-needed CQ Representative. In that time, Schlegel has proven to be a valuable resource to the team.

Schlegel's promotion to a full-time position in the CQ department is effective Monday, August 25, 2014.
