Incept is proud to announce the winner of the 2014 National Cesar E. Chavez Blood Drive Challenge scholarship is Mayra Benevolencia Lopez of Bowling Green State University. Each year since 2009 a winner has been selected to receive this Incept sponsored scholarship for their participation and success in the National Cesar E. Chavez Blood Drive Challenge. The challenge asks student leaders to organize a blood drive at their college or university, submit donor recruitment goals and then submit the results in comparison.

Incept is proud to announce the addition of a new Marketing Results Specialist. Sarah Benjamin joined the Incept family full-time in early June. She has worked in Incept's marketing department for the last three years while finishing her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Akron. She will be responsible for marketing activities for Incept Saves and Results divisions, coordinating new business development efforts.

Incept Is Proud to Announce the Addition of a New Relationship Development Supervisor

The Saves Division of Incept is proud to announce the addition of a Relationship Development Supervisor. Melissa Steiner was hired into the position of Relationship Development Supervisor in the beginning of July.  She will go through approximately 2 months of training before taking ownership of a team of up to 30 Conversational Marketing Experts. She has previous call center supervisor experience, and has also run her own businesses on multiple occasions.

Incept is proud to announce the addition of a Quality Results Manager. Robert Tremble joined the Incept family as of the first week of July. Robert brings an extensive background in quality control management as well as training and development - in our industry. Robert will lead the challenge of redesigning Incepts current quality measurement process for blood donor recruitment. Within the next 6 months we expect to have a new quality measurement tool, capable of guaranteeing increased production from our donor recruitment center as well as our blood center partners and consulting clients in the blood center industry!

The Saves Division of Incept is proud to announce the addition of a new manager. Kevin Domczak was promoted to manager of night shift for the Saves division in early July. In his new role, Kevin will take responsibility for the night shift results of our Saves division, which includes both the Team Leads that develop our CMEs and the shift supervisors who oversee the functional execution of our calling strategies.

The Results Division of Incept is proud to announce the addition of a new Sales Supervisor. Jonathan Marrero joined the Incept family at the end of June. Jonathan comes with an extensive background in training and development as well as sales and sales training. Jonathan was selected after a long and tedious search for an experienced candidate that would be able to take medium to complex sales programs, break them down to a process, master the process, and then develop Conversational Marketing Experts capable of replicating this process for the success of Incept's clients, Incept, and Incept's CMEs.

INCEPT takes the lead as the National Cesar E. Chavez Blood Drive Challenge Student Organizer Scholarship founding sponsor

Incept has become the founding sponsor of a new scholarship fund for college students leaders participating in the National Cesar E. Chavez Blood Drive Challenge, a national health service learning initiative launched by the Migrant Students Foundation in 2009 to engage more U.S. Hispanic/Latino college students as blood donors. The campaign is expected to reach more than 250 college/university campuses during March 2013.
