Sam has proven to be a leader and visionary in the contact center industry. His more than 20 years of experience have provided him with knowledge and expertise that he has delivered to Incept’s clients. He maintains a hands-on approach to involvement with Incept’s clients, and also serves as founder of TEDxAkron, is a founder of Conversational Marketing Labs at the University of Akron, sits on the board for ACCESS, Inc., a women’s and children’s homeless shelter, and attends Vistage, a professionally facilitated peer advisory council. Sam has also been recognized as a recipient of Smart Business's Smart 50 Award, The University of Akron's Frank L. Simonetti Distinguished Business Alumni Award, and named to the 2017 Northeast Ohio 'Who To Watch' list by Smart Business Magazine.
Sam loves to travel internationally, attend sporting events and concerts and spend time with his wife and two children at their home in Green, Ohio.
Adam is a multi-faceted business leader that leverages a breadth of experience to help lead the team and deliver strategic and tactical value to Incept’s clients. His experience in each function of business is also gathered from a number of different industries, including consulting, manufacturing, healthcare, and engineering design. Adam utilizes his engineering and business backgrounds to drive excellence throughout Incept and in other aspects of the community. Adam teaches graduate level classes at his alma mater Case Western Reserve University, and is on the board for ACCESS, Inc., a women’s and children’s homeless shelter. Adam also participates in Vistage and sits on the advisory board for 3 other local, mid-sized businesses.
VP, CLIENT RESULTS
With over 20 years of contact center experience, Billie serves Incept’s clients through campaign construction and strategic implementation, and remains involved with every blood center engagement. She is the chief auditor for all existing blood center clients and prospective client organizations. Billie presents annually at a host of industry events, and has made herself an invaluable strategic asset for client organizations. In addition to her hands-on approach to client management, she serves on the American Red Cross Stark and Muskingum County Chapter board, ADRP Marketing and Communications Committee, the InceptGives Charitable Fund Board, and collaborates with the Cesar E. Chavez National Blood Drive initiative and the Safe Blood for Africa research project. She is a member of AABB and Vistage International.
Dave’s journey with Incept began in 1998 by making calls for our business to consumer clients as part of our management trainee program. He was quickly identified as a leader and began to manage our evening shift. Much of Dave’s experience came from managing the launch of MSN 8 for Microsoft, numerous customer satisfaction programs in partnership with Ford, General Motors, and Honda, as well as a variety of lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns for both non-profit and for profit clients. During the early 2000s, Dave was an integral part of growing Incept’s client base. For the last 12 years he has focused on building company culture and overseeing all aspects of our Operations team, from hiring and training to Quality Control, Human Resources, and Contact Center Results.
VP, Operational Systems
James joined Incept in 2010 as an Analyst with several years of operations and analytics experience with a Fortune 500 company. He rose through the ranks quickly at Incept, first as the Director of Contact Center Results for the Saves division, Director of Business Intelligence, and finally the VP of Operational Systems in 2016. In this role, James is responsible for multi-function operational systems – sales and operations planning process, project management, business intelligence, bad puns, etc. James' ability to translate raw data into actionable tactical and strategic insights for Incept and our clients is rivaled by none.
Senior Account Executive
Allison began her career with Incept shortly after college graduation. From the very first day she proved to be a leader and a strategist. Her success in the blood center industry has come from identifying client problems and finding sound resolution for them. Allison is proactive in her approach and exhibits a Whatever it Takes methodology in all that she does. Allison has managed the American Red Cross, Blood Systems (United Blood Services), the Institute for Transfusion Medicine and several other blood center organizations.
SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Steve started working at Incept in 2007 as one of our leading contact center supervisors. During that time, he provided operational leadership for our most strategic blood center clients. In 2014 Steve’s journey brought him to the Client Results team where his years of operational experience have helped him to build successful campaigns for blood centers throughout the South Central and Gulf States region of the country. Steve is goal driven and most enjoys the collaborative side of taking a client’s vision and motivating and empowering all departments within Incept to reach a common goal.
Jenna began her career with Incept soon after graduating from the University of Mount Union. She started as a supervisor in the Contact Center where she helped create and execute daily call plans while coaching, developing, and motivating CMEs. She quickly worked her way onto the Client Results team, where she uses her strategic and data-driven approach to solve problems and assist clients in reaching their collection goals.
As an Account Representative, Jenna has managed numerous clients across the country, including SunCoast Blood Bank, Central Jersey Blood Center, and Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center.
Jessica began her career with Incept working her way through college and learned through that experience that Incept was a place that she could see herself staying for a very long time. Shortly after graduation Jessica became a coach and excelled at teaching and motivating our staff to save lives! Her incredible work in that role was rewarded with a promotion to Operations Coordinator where she laid out daily call plans, worked with Client Results to ensure that each and every client's goal was met and daily call plans were followed to exceed client expectations.
Soon after, Jessica joined the Client Results team where her Operations background serves as an excellent platform giving her the knowledge needed to craft call plans that meet blood center goals by blood type, procedure, and by hospital demand. Jessica’s strength lies in her ability to develop messaging that motivates our internal team, but also scripting that resonates with donors and increases Incept’s overall effectiveness.
When she’s not saving lives, Jessica spends time with her husband and two dogs, as well as her extensive network of friends and family.
