Darren Hudach

President

Darren is an innovative and entrepreneurial business leader with a proven record of driving profitable growth. His career has been spent leading, growing and scaling businesses across multiple markets.

Darren spent over 12 years at PerkinElmer where he was Vice President of three business units. Darren spent the next 3 years of his career as Chief Operating Officer for Cleveland HeartLab, helping drive a successful exit to Quest Diagnostics. In January, 2018 Darren accepted a role as Chief Growth Officer for Incept. Darren has a unique ability to build high performing teams that drive profitable growth.

Darren holds a M.B.A. (Organizational Leadership) from the University of Findlay and B.S. (Computer Science) from Youngstown State University.

Darren is a lifelong NE Ohio resident that is passionate about his family and his community.


James Latsch

VP, Operational Systems

James joined Incept in 2010 as an Analyst with several years of operations and analytics experience with a Fortune 500 company.  He rose through the ranks quickly at Incept, first as the Director of Contact Center Results for the Saves division, Director of Business Intelligence, and finally the VP of Operational Systems in 2016.  In this role, James is responsible for multi-function operational systems – sales and operations planning process, project management, business intelligence, bad puns, etc.  James' ability to translate raw data into actionable tactical and strategic insights for Incept and our clients is rivaled by none.


Josh Zets

Director, Technology Results

Josh joined Incept in 2018 to lead the Technology Results team focused on IT Applications and Infrastructure.   He has 18 years of industry experience in the manufacturing and healthcare IT fields.  Prior to joining Incept, Josh spent almost 5 years at IBM Watson Health in various roles leading application development and technical support for a big data platform containing over 400 billion data points. 

Bringing technology into the hands of users to solve problems and support business objectives is what Josh has spent his career doing and has been a focus at his time at Incept.    Whether it is ensuring the Incept staff has functioning PCs to perform their jobs, or developing new software features to add value to our clients, Josh and his team are focused on being an integral part of the Incept present and future!


Eric Chojnacki

Client Results Account Executive

Eric is a seasoned professional who joined the Incept team in December 2019. With an extensive background in Contact Center management spanning over 8 years, Eric has honed his skills in both Commercial and Non-Profit sectors.

In his current role at Incept, Eric plays a pivotal part in client success, collaborating across various departments such as IT, Operations, and Quality. His expertise lies in analyzing, designing, and developing innovative solutions aimed at enhancing results for clients. Eric takes charge of updating scripts and end user communications to ensure seamless interactions with donors, and he actively engages in strategic alignment to maximize return on investment for clients.

Eric is a valuable Board Member of the Green Schools Foundation, Green Youth Basketball, and the Green Baseball/Softball Federation. His commitment to community service extends to environmental stewardship, as his family actively maintains an Adopt-a-Spot location at Kreighbaum Park. On a personal note, Eric finds joy in vacationing with his family in Hilton Head Island, SC.


Heather Geer

Client Results Account Executive

Heather joined Incept in August 2009. With a background built on diverse roles within the company, from starting as a Customer Experience Specialist to eventually becoming a Training Supervisor and moving into a client-facing position, Heather's expertise has been a driving force in her clients’ success.

In her current role at Incept, Heather is instrumental in client satisfaction. Working collaboratively across departments, she analyzes, designs, and develops solutions that enhance results for clients. From updating scripts and donor communications to proactively aligning strategies for maximum ROI, Heather's multifaceted approach reflects her dedication. Outside of work, she is a devoted family member, frequently found cheering on her loved ones at sports events, and indulges in her passion for reading. Heather's unique experiences, such as petting a penguin during an internship at Six Flags and her love for sharks, add a distinctive touch to her well-rounded profile.


Sarah Nelson

Marketing Manager

Sarah joined Incept as a marketing intern in 2011. During that time, she finished her bachelor’s in marketing management and Master of Business Administration program at the University of Akron. In 2014, Sarah joined Incept full-time to develop and manage their marketing strategy. Sarah's role has included digital marketing, inbound strategy, market research, business development, product management and more. She is also Inbound Certified by Hubspot.

In 2018, Sarah helped launched Incept’s digital marketing services within the blood banking industry. She’s managed blood donor recruitment campaigns for blood centers all over the United States, driving in more than 300,000 units of blood. Sarah works directly with Incept clients in the healthcare space to create compelling digital campaigns to achieve their goals, whether that be leads, sales, donations, etc.

Sarah grew up in Vermont and moved to Akron, Ohio after receiving a scholarship to compete for the NCAA Rifle Team at The University of Akron in 2008. She met her husband, Luke, while attending college and competing on the team.  They now live in northeast Ohio with their two kids, three dogs, and cat.

Amanda Cowgill

Marketing Communications Manager

Amanda joined Incept in 2018 as a Digital Marketing Specialist, specializing in assisting blood centers to recruit donors through innovative social media campaigns and content creation. Her skills led her to assume the role of Marketing Communications Manager in January 2024.

As the Marketing Communications Manager, Amanda is at the forefront of Incept's growth strategy. Leveraging her diverse expertise, she manages Incept’s and client growth through the creation of compelling content, insightful blog posts, and targeted marketing campaigns. Amanda's unique background in Biomedical Engineering, earned from The University of Akron, adds a distinctive layer to her approach. Her medical knowledge and problem-solving skills play a crucial role in assisting clients in navigating complex challenges and achieving goals.

Amanda finds joy in traveling with her husband, vegetable gardening, and embracing new DIY projects for their home.
