TRANSCRIPT:

Hi, I'm Billie Johnson. I'm the Vice President of Client Results here at Incept, and me and my team are responsible for assisting blood centers from the start of a new business relationship, through developing the strategies to help them meet their goals, all the way to the day-to-day activities that come along with running a marketing campaign together with Incept. Most blood bankers would tell you the thing they enjoy most about working in the industry is that we actually get to save lives every day. There are very few careers that I can think of where every single thing you do impacts someone's life, and that's really rewarding.

The thing I enjoy most about working at Incept is absolutely the people, not just my coworkers, but our clients. From coast to coast, I think we work with some of the most intelligent, forward-thinking, and caring individuals I've ever met. It makes all the difference. For me, relationships are really the fundamental foundation of the keys to happiness and fulfillment. I have taken just about every personality profile test you can think of and in every one of them, there's a common theme of being a relationship maker, so for me, it really is the key to happiness in all facets of life.

My favorite thing I've done in the last year is I did a two-week girls' trip to Greece that was incredible and just a trip of a lifetime. Again, I'm Billie Johnson, Vice President of Client Results here at Incept, where relationships matter.
