How long does it take to get started with Incept and what's involved in that process?

Incept’s onboarding process is designed to guide you every step of the way.  Once we reach an agreement that co-sourcing is the right solution for your blood center, the following items take place:

  • Contract signature
  • Onboarding/set-up document completed
  • Sample files sent to Incept

Once we have the items above, Incept can usually begin calling within 7 – 10 business days.  During this time, our technology team gets to work on designing custom built call screens, data processing systems, and reporting.  Your account manager will obtain a caller id number on your behalf, prepare training materials and scripts for your to review and approve, and work with the technology team to implement all details of the onboarding docs.

On your go-live date, the first team to make calls is our executive team.  This is a group of trainers, account managers, quality control reps, and call center supervisors.  We make a small volume of calls to ensure everything is working properly.  Day 2 is when our Conversational Marketing Experts (CMEs) are introduced to your program and begin to deliver a larger volume of conversations and appointments.
